Location: Bengaluru.

 

Job Description 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Revamp the hiring process for all geographies to 
i) Improve the quality of hire and thereby the chances of the new employee's success with Company 
ii) Reduce early stage attrition 
iii) Right size compensation so that it increases Company's employee value 
iv) Enhance productivity of recruiters and reduce cost per hire 

- Enhance collaboration with Business Leaders, Recruitment Managers, Compensation team, Onboarding team 

- Drive accountability around new recruit success rate by developing a framework, selection matrix, accountable parties and reporting & analytics 

- Work with HR leaders and the recruitment heads of other geographies and the OD team to improve/develop and administer best in class assessments and interviewing techniques 

- Forecast, plan and prepare manpower targets per quarter in line with Business Units 

- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks 

- Ensure that the recruitment process is in line with the standard operating procedures of company 

- Build on current recruitment process with contemporary hiring strategies, current trends in the market so as to maintain a strong employer brand 

- Conduct regular audits on recruiting process with the team and offer suitable amendments for deviation in the former 

- Be the organization's thought leader in all recruiting matters 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate in any Discipline 
- Post Graduate in Human Resources 

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

- 15+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition across domains 
- At least 8 years of managerial experience, handling multi-location recruitment teams 

REQUIRED SKILLS:


- Strong team building skills 
- Willingness to constructively challenge partners and leaders 
- Strong business acumen to understand and add value to our business 
- Subject matter expert in driving recruiting strategy and quality deliverables
