Team Lead - Brands & Communications

Job Location - Gurgaon

 Working with the offshore Brand & Risk Manager, you will deliver our brand and risk compliance reviews, logo requests and asset naming for marketing communication 

—    Review materials submitted on Workfront to ensure adherence to key principles, finding the right balance in feedback between our policy and guidelines with commerciality and creativity

—    As a Team Lead, you will develop subject matter expertise on Brand and Marketing Compliance and will be required to attain and maintain Marketing Compliance accreditation as set by the Global Marketing Compliance team.

—    Where appropriate, you will be working with onshore team and provide advisory support to others across the marketing team to support campaigns

—    You would also be responsible for conducting, delivering and managing brand trainings (internal and external) and capturing common issues or requests from teams and feeding into the Brand & Risk Manager for future training sessions with the business

—    Resolve issues where appropriate, escalate where needed

—    Work with key teams across the business to educate and promote the brand – in particular, Campaign Management Team as well as CREATE team (in house designing team)

—    You would own and manage end-to-end audit processes 

—    Act as an ambassador to the capabilities of the Marketing function to internal clients and stakeholders

—    You would also be responsible for developing and managing quality framework, reporting metrices, ideate automation and process improvement plans

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

—    Qualifications: University degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.

—    Add         itional certifications (if any) - NA

—    Total Experience: Total of 6+ years of experience. The candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Must have a solid understanding on stakeholder management and working in a matrix organization with focus in servicing onshore/offshore model.

—    Skillset: Advanced level for MS Excel and MS Ppt.

—    Ability to work independently and motivate team members
